About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented and versatile Communication Designer to bring our brand to life across digital and print touchpoints. Reporting to the Marketing Director - Southeast Asia, you’ll play a key role in creating visually compelling and brand-consistent content that supports marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and business goals. This is a full-time, hands-on creative role where you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders including regional marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets that resonate with our audiences.

What You’ll Do

Visual & Graphic Design

• Design engaging marketing assets for both online and offline channels including performance ads, social media assets, whitepapers, and more.
• Create brand-aligned visuals that meet project requirements and raise the bar for quality and creativity.
• Develop and maintain visual design libraries to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Ideate and execute on creative campaigns and evergreen product messaging in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
• Adapt and innovate across illustration, iconography, and various graphic styles.
• Maintain organised design files and documentation to support collaboration and version control.
• Stay current with emerging AI design tools and explore innovative use cases to streamline creative workflows.

Motion & Video Design

• Create high-quality motion graphics and videos for social media, campaigns, and product storytelling.
• Develop engaging micro-animations, GIFs, and short-form video content.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends and apply them to elevate brand storytelling.
• Lead the development of motion design templates and reusable assets for team-wide efficiency.
• Translate creative briefs into effective visual narratives.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders,and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with regional/local teams to ensure designs are culturally and contextually relevant.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines, responding promptly to feedback and revision requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, and motion.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting high-impact visual stories.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows.
