Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering seeks an experienced site engineer to oversee pre-commissioning, functional tests, and equipment startups in alignment with project standards.

You will lead on-site technicians, junior engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring daily progress and strict adherence to safety procedures across construction, QA/QC, engineering, and client teams. A Diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation/control engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Control engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant field experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and permits-to-work procedures.
• Clear communication for progress reporting and team coordination.

System Testing:

Oversee pre-commissioning, functional tests, and equipment startups according to project design standards.

Team Leadership:

Direct on-site technicians, junior engineers, and subcontractors while managing daily work progress.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules, including permit-to-work and lockout-tagout protocols.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work with construction, quality control (QA/QC), engineering, and client teams to resolve site issues.

Documentation:

Track test records, manage punch lists, and sign off on final system handover packages.

Authorities:

Sign-off power:

Approve test results, check sheets, and pre-commissioning documentation before system handover.

Audit compliance:

Enforce safety standards, 5S rules, and quality check protocols among all on-site workers.

Resource direction:

Assign daily tasks and manage technicians, operators, and sub-contractors.

Academic Qualification:

Diploma or degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation/Control).
