About the role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at MST GOLF ARENA SDN. BHD in The Garden Mall. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Head Chef and other senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes

Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times

Participating in menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the culinary offerings

Maintaining a clean and organized work station, adhering to all kitchen procedures and protocols

Working collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests

Continuously developing your culinary skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends

What we're looking for

Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role
