Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
• Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies.
• Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
• Properly wash and store all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking knowledge in Western and Asian cuisines.
