Position: Commis 1 - Staff Restaurant

This role involves preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items following recipes, standards, and station setup for all meal services.
• Start food preparations ahead of time, avoiding over-preparation.
• Train, motivate, supervise, and discipline kitchen staff, ensuring standards are met.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment properly.
• Manage food containers, rotate stock, monitor perishables, and assist in food cost control.
• Work professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Good culinary knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Relevant certification.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia.
