Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in business, economics, data analytics or related fields.
• Comfortable working with data and metrics.
• Exposure to Looker, dashboards or analytics tools is a plus.
• Interest in e-commerce, account management, and supply operations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding flows, collateral, and documentation for new hotels and suppliers.
• Assist in account management, supplier communications, and weekly performance reviews.
• Design SOPs and flowcharts for internal commercial workflows.
