As a business administration professional- project (finance) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the progress and financial health of our projects in collaboration with the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include engaging with various functions, adhering to established processes and guidelines, utilizing diverse digital platforms, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations. This position requires a comprehensive approach to financial analysis, planning, and control, as well as leading all finance-related project tasks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate closely with project or service managers to provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, from the sales phase to execution, in alignment with SE guidelines and contractual agreements.
  • Oversee the financial execution of projects, service and spare part business, by generating sales orders, setting up projects in SAP, managing revenue recognition, invoicing, cash flow, and maintaining project costs, securities, taxes, and insurance requirements.
  • Support Project Manager in setting up project reporting tool (OnePM), project order entry calculation, periodic review of cost & work progress, chances and risk management
  • Conduct project controlling, forecasting, and reporting on the financial status of a dedicated portfolio of projects.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Treasury on governance related topics
  • Take charge of accounts receivables, payables, forex hedging, regular accounting report submission
  • Support digitalization initiatives within the finance sector to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a business administration project /commercial project management or finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in budget analysis and financial monitoring.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a preference for candidates who thrive in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required.
