Job Description

You will support the Operations team in various commercial-related tasks, including:

  • Managing all aspects of the commercial process for selected projects, from initial contact to sales closure, based on revenue, clientele, or project type.
  • Entering orders after engineering provides the material list.
  • Recording and monitoring sales in line with established processes.
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of purchased products and documenting them in Discos (Company’s Internal System).
  • Billing invoices according to contracts promptly.
  • Addressing client queries related to delivery, returns, and invoicing.
  • Preparing project margin calculations using Dokacalc or Excel according to contracts.
  • Storing all contract documents properly in the S-drive (Company’s Internal Server).
  • Collaborating with the finance team to implement project CCM.
  • Managing ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain or Quantity Surveying.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in commercial/invoicing roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on mentality, confident attitude, and engaged personality.
  • Ability to work in an MNC environment and with external stakeholders.
  • Resilient, meticulous, analytical, and motivated to succeed.
  • Strong command of English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Availability to start within 1 month or sooner.
