Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Analyse and mitigate risks associated with contracts.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts.

Ensure compliance with company's goals, objectives, governance, and procedures.

Provide guidance and support on commercial and contractual matters.

Currently, we are supplying coal to Sejingkat Coal-Fired Power Station in Kuching, Sarawak. We are undergoing further expansion to supply coal to Mukah Coal-Fired Power Station in Mukah, Sarawak.
