About the Role
Manage all aspects of branding, advertising, promotions, and communications to ensure a consistent and engaging message across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong working relationships with industry partners, influencers and key media outlets.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships (e.g., travel agents, schools, corporates, hotels, tourism boards) to grow group bookings, F.I.T. (Free Independent Traveler) packages, and corporate events.
- Develop commercial opportunities such as sponsorships, retail tie-ins, and cross-promotions with brands or franchises.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals, commercial pitches and strategic recommendation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and execute special events, seasonal campaigns and themed activations to attract diverse visitor segments.
- Work closely with the park’s operations and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing & commercial team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing and promotions budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in tourism, theme parks, attractions or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and partnership development.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical capabilities and creativity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Resilient, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
- Passion for family entertainment, events, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Agile, innovative, and results-oriented with a drive to grow the business.
- Up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, especially in the leisure and attractions industry.
