To promote our sports ecosystem and make our sport offers profitable in a sustainable way.
Objective:
You will prioritize and analyze the country's major needs.
- To collect and compile the country's major needs across our internal channels (Central Hub, Ecommerce, etc.).
- To update benchmarks of competitors focusing on "How to Sell".
- To prioritize country major needs before the Director plan, focusing on "How to Sell".
- To guarantee a qualitative pre-religa process and provide feedback for each of our internal channels.
Responsibilities:
- Define Country Commercial strategies
- To co-validate our sports offer strategy while leading the price policy across our Sports Universe.
- To define commercial strategies on communication/merchandising while co-validating the business plan.
- To align with our HUB Asia Team for range costing and range structure across different functions in the Sports Universe.
- To guarantee the right country commercial seasons in Malaysia.
- Define the right Pricing policy for sports and products
- To co-validate the pricing strategy while leading the price policy across Sports Universe and align with HUB Asia.
- To define the right pricing policy based on market and competitor studies.
- To align with our HUB Asia team for pricing strategy across different functions in the Sports Universe.
- To guarantee the right pricing positioning in the market and ensure overall profitability.
- Communication and Commercial Skills Animation
- To communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive alignment on decisions to ensure customer satisfaction via milestone management.
- To coordinate cross-commercial topics or New Value Creation projects in our United Product and Brand Centre.
- To ensure relevant logical implementation coherent with Asia strategy (according to the season and potential gap by Zone).
- To ensure the entire “How to Sell” package (including commercial, merchandising, and communication) is qualitative among DMI (coherence, relevance).
- Accelerate profitable growth
- To animate with channels to support their sports commercial policy.
- To animate range choices.
- To define customer journey & taxonomy (segmentation).
- To validate the communication plan of the year.
- To ensure the quality diffusion of product training.
- To communicate priorities regularly (implementation / opeco / interseason).
- To prepare and debrief store visits.
