Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop dynamic pricing and revenue strategies.
Manage and optimize revenue management systems (RMS) and OTA relationships.
Monitor social media, analyze key metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy), and provide data-driven insights.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve revenue objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and KPI reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
5-7+ years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful revenue strategies.
Strong data analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategy expertise.
Experience with hotel property management systems and RMS.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel.
Knowledge of Wyndham brand standards (preferred).
