Colgate Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24 months development program crafted for high potential young graduates, equipping you with professional and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us!

The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within the Customer Development (Sales), Retail Marketing and Marketing areas.
