As an Associate/Vice President in our Currencies Emerging Markets Trading team, you will play a crucial role in managing market dynamics, specifically in Rates, Fixed Income, FX, and Credits, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional financial products and services to clients.

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced trading floor, making markets for Rates, Fixed Income, FX, and Credits. Your responsibilities include engaging in pre-trade analysis, trade processing, and risk management to ensure clients receive accurate product information. Understanding market drivers and maintaining a balance between revenue generation and client relationship building are vital aspects of your role.

Job Responsibilities

1. Respond to client requests and communicate key developments promptly.
2. Conduct market analysis to understand drivers, movements, and cross-asset implications.
3. Support P&L reconciliation and ensure accuracy in trade entries and post-trade processes.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships while focusing on revenue generation.
5. Develop expertise in executing trades and understanding market dynamics in Rates/Fixed Income/FX/Credits.
6. Adhere to risk management policies and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with team members by sharing insights and ideas to enhance performance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in banking/financial industries, with specific expertise in trading Rates, Fixed Income, FX, or Credits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and processes.
• Proficiency in market and product terminology, especially in Rates/Fixed Income/FX/Credits.
• Effective communication skills to convey concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of transaction lifecycle and execution processes.
• Understanding of risk management and market movement anticipation.
