Job Description

Join a dynamic trading environment as an Associate/Vice President in our Currencies Emerging Markets Trading team. You will manage market dynamics across Rates, Fixed Income, FX, and Credits, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional financial products and services to clients.

You will be part of a fast-paced trading floor, making markets, conducting pre-trade analysis, trade processing, and risk management to ensure accurate client information. Your understanding of market drivers and ability to balance revenue generation with client relationships are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests and communicate key developments promptly.
• Analyze markets to understand drivers, movements, and cross-asset implications.
• Support P&L reconciliation and ensure trade accuracy.
• Build and maintain client relationships while focusing on revenue.
• Develop expertise in executing trades and understanding market dynamics in Rates/Fixed Income/FX/Credits.
• Follow risk management policies and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial industries, with relevant trading experience in Rates, Fixed Income, FX, or Credits.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets and terminology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle and execution processes.
• Knowledge of risk management and market movements.
