Job Title: Trade & Commercial Operations Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade & Commercial Operations Executive to manage export/import documentation, trade finance, banking coordination, and regulatory compliance. The role supports the Labuan entity from Kuala Lumpur and requires excellent communication and coordination skills with suppliers, buyers, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and verify commercial documentation (e.g., LCs, invoices, shipping, and customs documents) for export/import operations.

Ensure full compliance with Malaysian and international trade regulations.

Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate trade execution.

Oversee banking activities related to international trade, including LCs, bank guarantees, and FX transactions.

Coordinate with local authorities and external agencies for legal and regulatory matters.

Maintain transaction records for reporting, audits, and legal use.

Requirements:

Candidates must have full working rights for Malaysia.

2–3 years of experience in auditing firms, trade finance, or the banking sector

Fluent in English (spoken and written); other language skills are an advantage.

Experience in international trade, banking, or shipping documentation is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage regulatory procedures efficiently.
