Role Summary: As a Commercial Director, you will oversee the hotel’s commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution. Your goal is to drive revenue growth, optimize market share, and ensure alignment across all revenue-generating departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Align sales, marketing, and revenue management initiatives with hotel objectives.
  • Manage the revenue management team to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the sales team to acquire new business, maintain client relationships, and meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients, travel agents, and stakeholders to maximize bookings and sales.
  • Guide marketing efforts to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
