JOB SCOPE :

1.Make outbound calls and remind them of their payments.
2. Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements.
3. Responsible for contacting customers to collect / remind them of payments for overdue payments.
4. Maintain customer payment records.
5. Able to use a basic computer & can communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Malaysian Citizens only
Aged 18 - 40 years
Graduates from educational institutes are welcome to work with our company
Full-time employment
Training and guidance will be provided

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday
Saturday will work twice a month (according to schedule)
Holidays on Public Holidays
