Job description

Responsible for performing sales controlling activities and driving commercial excellence activities in ensuring operation alignment with budget plan.

Time commitment:

Hybrid work model (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday office days)

Working hours from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Additional hours may occasionally be requested to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive company S&OP processes to ensure alignment with annual and monthly business planning targets.
  • Responsible for credit control & warehouse inventory management.
  • Support and advise management on financial implications of proposals, marketing commitments, contractual considerations, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide monthly financial forecasts and identify risks and opportunities to ensure company objectives are achieved.
  • Analyze product and customer margin performance and recommend actions to improve/protect profitability targets.
  • Evaluate brand/product and channel profitability.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and control sales and marketing investments.
  • Drive business process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree level or equivalent, preferably in Finance and Business Administration fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial finance management experience in FMCG.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant system applications.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
