As a Sustainability - Commercial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our sustainability strategy with commercial and sales objectives. This role bridges sustainability with business development, helping us meet evolving customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.

Given the demand for sustainability-related solutions and services, this role is intended to support the company’s commercial endeavours related to those activities.

As a Commercial Analyst – Design & Communications, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing ESG-related content for tenders, bids, and requests for proposals under the guidance of the Sustainability Lead Commercial Analyst.
  • Supporting the development of client-facing materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and white papers.
  • Conducting basic research on sustainability trends and competitor positioning to inform visual and commercial content.
  • Assisting in translating technical ESG data into accessible formats for non-technical audiences.
  • Supporting the creation of dashboards and reports summarizing sustainability risks and market developments.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including sustainability, sales, and marketing to gather inputs and deliver aligned outputs.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, Environmental Studies, Business, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Have a good portfolio demonstrating ability to create impactful visual content.
  • Have a basic understanding of ESG and sustainability concepts.
  • Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent tools to produce professional-grade materials.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills both spoken and written in English.
  • Be well organised with an attention to detail.
  • Be able to cope with multiple deadlines and be able to multitask effectively.
