    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening

    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
    • Saturday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month
Responsibilities:
  • Perform visits to residential and commercial premises to collect and verify relevant information.
  • Update and obtain new contact information, such as phone numbers and addresses, during visits.
  • Assist the Collections team by scheduling appointments and negotiating with customers as needed.
  • Send and collect important documents from customers and clients.
  • Send reminders and notices to customers' premises or offices.
  • Use various sources to effectively locate customer premises.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Department (HOD).
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Patience, stress management, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Critical thinking skills and sound judgment for making informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and relevant Malaysian laws regarding debt recovery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
