Collections & Repossession Executive (Automotive Finance)

Monitor customer repayments and manage early-stage delinquencies.

Conduct dunning calls and liaise with collection agents to ensure timely payments.

Support account restructuring, litigation processes, and legal documentation.

Oversee the remarketing of repossessed vehicles and coordinate with auction houses.

Handle customer and dealer enquiries professionally.

Participate in process improvements and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in collections or automotive finance
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with ERP finance systems and hire purchase terms
• Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
