A dynamic technology company in Petaling Jaya is seeking individuals for financial analysis and accounts receivable management. The role involves managing ledgers, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and preparing financial reports. • Follow up on and collect payments of outstanding balances.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders through calls and emails.
• Independently manage the assigned ledger / country with minimal assistance from the manager.
• Review accounts receivable aging to ensure compliance with set KPIs.
• Communicate and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile account positions against agents and finalize settlement negotiations.
• Reconcile customer and vendor statements to research and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis reports.
• Support internal audits and process development.
• Possess basic prioritization skills, understanding of order management and dispute management processes.
• Have a basic understanding of collection processes and financial concepts.
• Demonstrate basic influence skills.
