Responsibilities
  • Create and run sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for B2C and B2B customers in Bandung area.
  • Find and reach out to new customers through research and direct approaches.
  • Promote the benefits of our cold chain product
  • Build good relationships with customers and give great service.
  • Solve customer problems quickly and make sure they are satisfied.
  • Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve our cold chain product based on customer needs.
  • Handle the full sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain, with a focus on cold chain logistics.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a new business line independently.
  • Skilled in using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail) and dashboards like Salesforce or Metabase.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
