Job description

Deliver reliable and high-quality technical support for customer equipment.

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on coffee machines and grinders.

Travel to customer sites to carry out services and assess on-site requirements.

Prepare and conduct quality control checks on espresso machines and grinders before delivery.

Learn and understand all coffee machine and grinder designs, functions, and repair procedures.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Communicate effectively with clients and customers.

Handle administrative tasks related to the role.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Technicians with hands-on experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong troubleshooting skills to accurately identify and resolve issues.

Willing to travel, including outstation trips; must have own transport.

Passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and customer-friendly.

Punctual, positive, and responsible work attitude.
