DOUGH BAKERY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, greeting customers and processing orders.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Minimum SPM or equivalent required; passion for coffee and customer service is essential. The role includes weekend/public holiday shifts and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Barista is an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
• Ensure coffee machines and brewing equipment are cleaned and maintained daily.
• Replenish stock and ingredients, and report inventory shortages.
• Assist in displaying pastries, cakes, and other food items attractively.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
