Job Summary

The CoE Standards Executive supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational standards and training frameworks across international warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency in SOPs, supporting warehouse staff development, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. The role collaborates closely with warehouse leaders in multiple countries and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the CoE Standards Manager.

Key Responsibilities

SOP Development & Maintenance

  • Assist in drafting and updating IDC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for international warehouse staff.
  • Adapt and align SOPs to suit local regulatory requirements while maintaining global consistency.
  • Support the rollout and communication of SOP changes across country teams.

Quality Assurance Support

  • Participate in quality audits and compliance checks across international warehouse operations.
  • Identify gaps and assist in documenting corrective actions in collaboration with local teams.
  • Maintain records related to standards compliance and performance tracking.

Training & Onboarding

  • Support the setup of training programs for new international warehouse operations.
  • Deliver operational training sessions and provide hands-on support during onboarding phases.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational troubleshooting and staff development queries.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of SOPs, training activities, and audit reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the CoE Standards Manager for review and strategic planning.
  • Contribute insights and observations to support continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Design, develop, and optimize Looker Studio dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work for data transformation in Data Warehouse for reporting visualization purposes.
  • Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Monitor Looker performance and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on using Looker Studio effectively

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, training, or quality support, preferably in an international context.
  • Familiarity with SOP development, operational compliance, and warehouse workflows.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and functions.
