SUMITOMO MITSUI BANKING CORPORATION MALAYSIA BERHAD is seeking a Co-Chief Risk Officer to lead the bank’s risk management framework, provide independent second-line oversight, and ensure effective risk governance across all material risk-taking activities.

You will oversee development of risk policies, appetite framework, and risk reporting to senior management, the CEO, and the Board while maintaining accountability in the First Line of Defence.

Responsabilités

• Individual Responsibility
• Be accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining the bank’s risk management framework and timely risk reporting.
• Lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of the Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework, including risk appetite statement, metrics, thresholds and limits.
• Oversee management of material risks including credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, cyber and third-party risks.
