Overview

Leading Malaysian precision manufacturing company specializing in electromagnetic locks and access control systems. Be part of a high-tech, growing team and gain hands-on experience in CNC machining and chemical/process engineering.

CNC Technician Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Milling/Turning machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings; prepare machine setups, jigs, and tools.
• Perform offsets and control dimensions within tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain product quality.
• Support Engineering and Production teams; follow 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Requirements (CNC Technician):

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of G-code/M-code; Mastercam/CAM a plus.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime; fresh graduates encouraged.

Assistant Process Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist Chemical Process Engineer in monitoring chemical/process systems (plating, anodizing, IETS, air scrubbers, DI/RO).
• Conduct lab tests (jar tests, hull cell tests) and verify operator testing.
• Maintain operational logs and records for compliance.
• Support preparation of SOPs, Quality Plans, Work Instructions, and ISO documentation.
• Assist in process optimization and preventive maintenance; ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Attend training related to chemical processes; follow safety and quality standards.

Requirements (Assistant Process Engineer):

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related field.
• Good communication in English and Malay; Mandarin a bonus.
• Computer literate (MS Office); detail-oriented and proactive.
• Able to work shifts/overtime; team player.
