Zintilon Sdn. Bhd. in Desa Cemerlang, Johor, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role requires hands-on CNC programming and machining knowledge to prepare and optimise programmes for accurate, efficient operations.

You will read drawings, choose tools and set parameters, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with production to maintain quality and documentation. Fluency in Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of tool selection and machining parameters.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare CNC programmes for machining operations.
• Set and adjust CNC machining parameters according to job requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining methods based on part requirements.
• Ensure CNC programmes and machining processes meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues when required.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient machining operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure programmes are updated when necessary.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
