techware Group is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, optimise and maintain CNC programs for precision parts. You will interpret engineering drawings, select tooling, and ensure accuracy and efficiency on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include writing G-code, performing CAM simulations, collaborating with machinists, and maintaining thorough documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as CNC Programmer in manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings, GD&T, and specs.
• Proficiency in G-code and CAM software.
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and optimise CNC programs from drawings and specs.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and tooling requirements.
• Collaborate with machinists to ensure optimal execution.
• Run simulations and verify tool paths and cycle times.
• Maintain documentation of programs and revisions.
• Support safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
