UEKATSU INDUSTRY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Kedah is seeking a CNC operator to run turning and milling machines aligned with production schedules. You will perform machine setup, execute processes, and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure adherence to specifications.

Ideal candidates hold SPM or a diploma, know GD&T, and are familiar with 5S practices. This role requires shift work and a hands-on, safety-conscious approach in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Applicants must hold SPM, certificate or diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Caliper, Micrometer and other precision tools is required.
• Understanding of GD&T is required.
• Familiarity with 5S practices is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC turning and milling machines per instructions and schedules.
• Perform machine setup and basic adjustments as needed.
• Conduct in-process inspections using Caliper and Micrometer.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with 5S practices.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations.
