Job summary

FLEX PRECISION MANUFACTURING (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD. is seeking a skilled CNC operator to support sheet metal processing, machining and assembly for components in the communications and medical sectors.

You will operate and tune CNC milling machines, inspect parts and maintain records to ensure quality and traceability. Applicants should have at least 1 year in machining, read engineering drawings, and be comfortable working in shifts.

Qualifications

• High school or above, majoring in mechanical processing or CNC technology preferred.
• Over 1 year relevant experience in machining.
• Able to read engineering drawings and operate machines.
• Proficient in caliper and micrometer measurements.
• Basic English and Malay communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and debug CNC milling machines per drawings and standards.
• Inspect workpiece dimensions and check cutters to ensure accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, cleaning and routine checks.
• Fill production and equipment records, manage materials and waste.
• Follow workshop safety rules and complete assigned tasks.
• Identify simple production issues and report abnormal conditions promptly.

4.Fill in production and equipment records, manage materials and waste.

5.Follow workshop safety rules and complete assigned production tasks.

6.Solve simple production issues and report abnormal conditions timely.

Job Requirements

1.High school or above, majored in mechanical processing or CNC technology preferred.

2.Over 1 year relevant working experience in machining industry.

3.Able to read engineering drawings, skilled in machine operation and basic setting.

4.Proficient in using caliper, micrometer and other measuring tools.

5.Strong safety awareness, responsible attitude, able to work shift.

6.Basic English and Malay communication skills is preferred.
