Requirements

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Experience in CNC programming and operation (3, 4 & 5 axis)
• Strong understanding of machining processes and material behavior
• Knowledge in CAM software, macros, and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
• Detail‑oriented and patient personality
• Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
• Positive attitude with a "can-do" mindset

Responsibilities

• Operate precision machines and perform routine equipment maintenance
• Check all tooling, gauges, and programs before starting each job
• Set up machines and review programming; make necessary alterations for minor errors
• Verify dimensions and alignment using measuring tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks
• Inspect and measure parts to collect Statistical Process Control (SPC) data
• Ensure all machining work meets the quality standards stated in manuals and technical documents
• Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and programmers to resolve machining or assembly issues
• Conduct regular maintenance in a timely and planned manner
• Train and guide machining operators on proper CNC machine operation
• Ensure production records are accurately completed and maintained

Job Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC Milling, Lathe, and Turning machines
• Interpret geometrical drawings and dimension tolerances accurately
• Machine various materials including metal, aluminium, engineering plastics, etc.
• Recognize errors in G-code and make necessary edits before machining
• Use programs, macros, CAM software, and apply GD&T knowledge
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of internal customers
