Job summary

This role supports operations by managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), planning maintenance scopes, and monitoring KPIs. The ideal candidate will have relevant Oil and Gas experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Strong communication and knowledge of drilling rig systems are essential. This position requires the ability to work under pressure and may involve irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role within an Oil and Gas Industry.
• Administration and/or End User of a CMMS; use of IFS Apps 10 or IFS Cloud are advantageous.
• Awareness of Supply Chain management.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration of the CMMS to optimize maintenance administration by end users.
• Assists rig maintenance departments with planning of major scopes of maintenance work.
• Monitors and reports of maintenance KPIs.

Skills

Excellent English verbal and written communications skills

Working knowledge of maintenance management

Strong personnel and administrative skills

Ability to liaise effectively with external parties

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or vocational qualification in a technical field
