Job description

Operate ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precision dimensional inspection of components 操作蔡司（ZEISS）三坐标测量机，进行精密尺寸检测与质量控制

Develop and optimize measurement programs 编写并优化测量程序

Interpret 2D/3D drawings and create measurement strategies for complex geometries 解读2D/3D图纸，完成复杂零部件的测量方案制定与执行

Analyze measurement data and generate quality inspection reports 处理检测数据，出具质量报告，并对偏差问题进行分析反馈

Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes 协助研发/生产/质量部门优化工艺与提升产品一致性

Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure consistent performance 维护测量设备，确保设备运行稳定并按时进行校准与保养

Proficient in operating ZEISS CMM熟练操作蔡司三坐标及其相关软件为佳

Solid understanding of GD&T, mechanical drawings, and basic machining processes 熟悉GD&T（几何尺寸与公差）、机械制图及基本机械加工知识

Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients 必须精通中文，以便与客户有效沟通

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferred 具备1年以上相关工作经验者优先
