Job description

Perform operation maintenance on Office 365 and all relevant services such as Azure AD Connect.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of Office 365.

Troubleshoot, coordinate, and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, Power BI, and other features on the Office 365 portal.

Digitalize, mobilize, and achieve lean workflows.

Utilize tools to drive efficiency, collaboration, productivity, and engagement within Spritzer Group (Malaysia & China).

Stay current on the Microsoft Office 365 roadmap, announcements, and upgrades, sharing information as necessary.

Provide end-user training on Office 365.

Develop training and solution documentation for knowledge transfer.

Participate in system testing activities for business users.

Monitor and generate monthly usage reports for the Digital Workplace Solution Lead.

Continuously work on improvements.

Able to develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, such as Power Platform.

Monitor cloud environments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Continuously evaluate and improve cloud infrastructure performance and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft, Azure).
• Ability to design and implement secure cloud solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
