DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd. is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform and IT infrastructure specialist to support cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and related services across the deal lifecycle.

The role emphasizes ITSM, security, and high availability while collaborating with global teams. The ideal candidate holds a IT degree, 4–5+ years in IT operations, and possesses cloud certifications; Japanese language skills (JLPT N1/J2) are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4–5+ years’ experience in IT operations, infrastructure services support,Monitoring and end-user support.
• Professional certifications in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or Terraform are preferred.
• Strong communication in Japanese (JLPT N1/J2) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support IT infrastructure, especially Cloud Platform support across lifecycle of deals.
• Administer technology areas in system design, build, administration, security, performance and availability management.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and industry issues to deliver superior solutions.
• Contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects with data-driven analysis.
• Understand complex customer structures and support processes across regions and sites.
• Create training and documentation on areas of expertise and new tech.

Job Descriptions

Provide technical expertise to support IT infrastructure especially in Cloud Platform support (e.g., Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP/Terraform/GitHub/Akamai, etc.) and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractual obligations, established technical standards that support complex business needs in accordance with ITSM process (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Release and Capacity Management).

• Apply expert technical knowledge to administer one or more technology areas in system design, build and administration, security, performance and availability management.
• A broad understanding of the latest developments in technologies, industry specific issues, competitor and vendor activity and initiatives.
• Integrates technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and for customers.
• Contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentation.
• Understand a customer's complex organizational structure and support processes, with multiple regions, countries, sites, contact points, processes, people, cultures, etc.
• Ability to become proficient in new technologies and business applications.
• Provide training and documentation on area of expertise and new technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT discipline from universities/colleges, or equivalent work experiences.
• 4 ~ 5+ years’ experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support.
• Professional certification such as Azure/AWS/GCP/Terraform/GitHub/ Akamai/etc.
• Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 1/N1 or BJT J2 (advantage)
• Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained.
• Excellent communication and team environment. customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative
• Independent and able to work with less or no supervision
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environment
• Work flexibly based on business requirement
