Take charge of technical communication and insights into key customers' opportunities during the pre-sales phase.
Based on cloud product capabilities, oversee requirement analysis, solution design, POC verification, and traditional IT migration solutions for public cloud projects.
Support pre-sales activities for private cloud projects in regions such as Malaysia and Singapore, including customer communication, solution design, and bidding guidance.
Provide regional and industry-specific requirement inputs to enhance product and solution competitiveness.
Basic knowledge of functions, principles, and architecture of one or more cloud domains.
Experience with migration methods and processes, with project experience preferred.
Experience in private cloud solutions across industries like finance, internet, manufacturing, energy, education, healthcare, and government is preferred.
Experience in virtualization and cloudification project planning, implementation, and maintenance is preferred.
Ability to support projects and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Relevant experience in the business and IT aspects of specific industries and regions.
Strong technical background with good understanding of data, platforms, and technologies.
Good communication skills and fluency in English.
