Role Overview: As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with technical teams, and providing ongoing support and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage directly with clients to analyze their technical requirements and design optimized solutions.
2. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
3. Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to clients.
4. Develop technical documentation, including solution design documents, implementation plans, and manuals.
5. Gather client feedback to optimize solutions and enhance satisfaction.
6. Support pre-sales activities with technical demonstrations and explanations of products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, and Huawei Cloud.
• Understanding of Linux, middleware, and cloud architecture components.
• Fluency in Chinese and English for technical guidance and presentations.
• Willingness to travel short-term and long-term.
