Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Java/J2EE professional to design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-ready solutions within an enterprise environment.

You will work with modern build tools (Maven, Gradle) and source control systems (Git/SVN), delivering robust Java/Spring applications and ensuring CI/CD readiness, while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with JAX-RS and JSON.
• Proficient in SVN or Git with build tools such as Ant, Maven, Gradle.
• Hands-on with Maven scripts and migrating to GitHub.
• Experience developing and deploying Microservices on cloud infra.
• Strong knowledge of J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, Hibernate, JPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and JSON.
• Work with SVN/Git and build tools such as Ant, Maven, Gradle.
• Maintain Maven build scripts and migrate to GitHub.
• Develop and deploy Microservices on Cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate on J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, Hibernate, JPA work.
• Ensure code quality and CI/CD readiness.
