Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Network Test Engineer to own the functional and reliability testing of our cloud networking stack, including CEN/Transit Router and Cloud Express Connect, across multi-region deployments.

You will build automated test frameworks, validate data-plane forwarding, and drive high-availability testing while collaborating with CI pipelines and cross-functional teams. A strong background in BGP, Linux networking, and test automation is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network testing, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale network operations.
• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Communications, or related field.
• Strong expertise in BGP and familiarity with related protocols (VRRP, OSPF) and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own functional and reliability testing of cloud networking products (CEN/Transit Router, Cloud Express Connect) and VPC networking.
• Validate data-plane forwarding (encapsulation, MTU/fragmentation, ECMP) and high-availability failover at scale.
• Build automated test frameworks and CI integrations; drive fault-injection and long-duration stability testing.
• Lead root-cause analysis and coordinate remediation for production issues.
• Participate in design reviews from a testability/observability perspective.
