The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of cloud cost models, and hands-on experience with automation, reporting, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration across Cloud, Finance, Security, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Mental model for cloud cost optimization and governance.
• Ability to analyze cost drivers and model forecasts.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Security, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud spend across AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments.
• Implement cost-saving strategies and automate cost reporting and alerts.
• Develop dashboards in PowerBI, Grafana, QuickSight, or OCI Analytics.
• Establish tagging, chargeback/showback, and budgeting workflows with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide insights on spend trends, ROI and financial risks to leadership.
