Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Level-3 SME to provide expert technical support across Google Cloud Compute and adjacent workloads, including migrations, observability, and SAP on GCP. You will diagnose complex incidents, communicate with customers, and drive fast resolutions.

The role requires strong Mandarin B2 and English proficiency, hands-on experience with Compute Engine, GVE, backups, and DR, plus collaboration with Google engineers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Google Cloud or other cloud platforms.
• Strong incident response and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English; Mandarin B2 mandatory.
• Experience supporting Compute Engine, migrations, observability, and related workloads.

Responsibilities

• Respond, diagnose, resolve, and track customer queries by phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain fast response and resolution per SLOs.
• Uphold high CSAT and quality standards in 90% of cases.
• Collaborate with other support reps and Google engineers for root-cause analysis.
• Document RCA, action items, and customer impact; escalate as needed.
• Contribute to runbooks and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotations and hybrid/onsite expectations.
• Provide high-touch support to flagship customers and advocate for issues.
