Job summary

CTC GLOBAL SDN BHD seeks a senior Cloud Architect to lead cloud and hybrid solution design, working closely with sales, partners, and delivery teams to translate customer needs into scalable architectures.

Responsibilities include pre-sales support, architecture reviews, and demonstrations of new cloud services, with a focus on security, performance, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of related IT/cloud experience across cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, or security.
• Hands-on cloud architecture, systems integration, and troubleshooting.
• Scripting knowledge preferred.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.).
• Vendor-specific certifications in relevant domains.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Collaborate with Hyperscalers to co‑develop cloud solutions, address technical challenges, and ensure optimal use of partner technologies.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of organizational cloud standards, frameworks, and best practices, helping to strengthen overall cloud delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 8 years of related experience in IT and cloud environments, with strong knowledge in at least three of the following areas: cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, or security.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud architecture, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of scripting is preferred.
• Cloud-related certifications (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.).
• Vendor‑specific certifications in relevant technical domains.
