Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Selangor is seeking a Business Analyst – Clinical to enhance patient care and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of clinical information systems, conduct testing, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues. Qualifications include a diploma or degree in a medical field and 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed, along with a willingness to travel locally and internationally for training and project-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Knowledge of IT-related disciplines and project delivery is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Implement software solutions ensuring integration with clinical workflows.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Provide on-site support during clinical module deployment.
• Train users on new features and system enhancements.
