Job Description

As a Site Technology Specialist, you will provide technical support and expertise related to imaging, radiology, radionuclide/radioligand therapy, and cell therapy operations at clinical trial sites. This position is remote-based.

You will:

  • Determine technical resources needed for project implementation and communicate these needs to department managers.
  • Assist in designing and implementing study-related forms, guidelines, and manuals concerning technologies.
  • Organize technical training for project teams.
  • Advise site monitors/CRAs on study technologies.
  • Assist with site qualification surveys for technology equipment.
  • Support site initiation and perform technical visits to assist with technology aspects of the study.
  • Provide technical and application training and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Offer real-time support to correct image quality issues at clinical trial sites.
  • Coordinate data collection and resolve queries related to technologies such as nuclear medicine, radiology, and cell therapy.
  • Track and report technical timepoints related to study procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation of study-specific technology assessments.
  • Provide technology-related information for proposals and participate in Bid Defense Meetings.
  • Attend and present at Investigator’s Meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Science, Medical Radiation Science, Diagnostic Imaging, Biomedical Imaging, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medical Technologist or similar role.
  • Experience in clinical nuclear medicine, PET imaging, and therapeutic RLTs.
  • Prior experience in clinical trial conduct.
  • Proficiency in English; conversational skills in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese are a plus.
  • Cultural intelligence and an international mindset to work collaboratively across diverse regions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve complex challenges.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Some travel may be required for regional responsibilities.
