Position: Clinical Psychologist (Indonesia)

We're seeking Clinical Psychologists to join our Coaching team and help Naluri members in Indonesia achieve their best selves by improving their mental and physical health through behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and passed the Psychologist Licensure Examination
Experience
  • Experience providing emotional support via hotline or careline services, including client assessment and intervention
  • Ability to build trusting, confidential relationships with clients
  • Skilled in client assessment through conversation and observation
  • Experience in teaching coping mechanisms and crisis intervention
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential client records
  • Professional experience in counselling, mental health support, or similar roles
  • Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog; regional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with the Naluri Careline Admin team
  • Willingness to work in shifts
Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioural change coaching and psychological support to members via our digital ecosystem
  • Offer crisis intervention and mental health guidance through phone or digital platforms
  • Conduct consultations (psychotherapy or counselling) via in-app video, face-to-face, or third-party telecommunication platforms
  • Start immediately; part-time and flexible hours available
  • Participate in continued education and training
