Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
  • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Saturday: Morning shift
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Department in ensuring smooth operations of the Nursing & Clinical Team.
• Assist in scheduling nurses, maintaining and reviewing SOPs, and monitoring inventory supplies.
• Prepare patient case-notes and investigation reports before clinic sessions, and organize listings for elective procedures.
• Assist doctors with minor clinical procedures and provide nursing care during physical examinations, ensuring patient safety.
• Conduct nursing care and screening programs for women, including patient counseling.
• Provide financial counseling and education on procedures.
• Monitor and report patients' condition and progress during recovery from procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records at all times.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Dispense medication as per doctor’s orders.
• Maintain and replace clinic equipment, instruments, and supplies.
• Prepare surgical items for autoclaving.
• Assist in billing processes as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Ensure nursing care adheres to established standards.
• Participate in health promotion and community education activities.
• Order medicines and supplies.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Valid Malaysia Nursing Board practicing license
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognized by Malaysia Nursing Board)
• Experience in IVF is advantageous
• Experience in an operating theater is a plus
