To support Business Manager, PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) Business Unit & territorial requirements, to ensure excellence in service in all areas of accounts (Hospitals, PD units & wards).
To provide ongoing, close support to all accounts in the territory.
Promote and sell medical equipment, consumable products to government, private and NGO sectors, able to develop long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Initiate, coordinate and execute funding applications for patients.
Attend business reviews periodically to review accounts & territory performance.
Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products.
Manage other administrative tasks as assigned based on business and department needs (inventory, database, competitor analysis, among others).
Organize/coordinate events/talks/seminars for customers/patients/clients.
Maintain highly respected relationships within & outside the organization.
Develop and support education programs & clinical and product training for patients/customers in hospitals or at patients’ homes.
Conduct home visits to ensure adequate follow-up of patients’ conditions and therapy applications.
Report patients’ conditions to nephrologists and nursing teams after each visit/assessment.
Provide advice and guidance to patients requiring dialysis reimbursement to ensure uninterrupted dialysis treatment.
Coordinate effectively between nursing teams, customer services, and logistics for timely & reliable home-care support.
Provide on-call support during and after office hours (based on clinical roster).
Support patient care during high workload periods or team member absences.
Perform other tasks, support, and territory management as required.
